The Indians pulled off a franchise first, they swept a four game series against the Royals in Kansas City with a 4-0 win Thursday.

Tristan McKenzie got his first win of the season, working five innings, giving up just two hits and no runs, with four walks and five strikeouts. The Royals only managed fours hits in the game in the loss, their fifth in a row. The win was the Tribe’s fifth in a row, and they finished their seven game road trip 6-1, and now sit atop the A.L, Central. The Indians offense did just enough to come home with the victory, getting two RBI from Ahmed Rosario and Franmil Reyes a late home run.

The Indians return home for a weekend series with the Reds, which will begin Friday with a 7:10 p.m. first pitch.
