The J.M. Smucker Company is rolling out a new employee benefits program. It is called Total Rewards and will reportedly be available to all 7,000 of the company’s employees. The plan will feature longer parental leave, more vacation time and even time off for pet bereavement. The new benefits program will take affect January 1st.
