The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services will be doing an upgrade to their systems later this month, which means services will be down during that time. The Ohio Benefits system will be offline from 3 p.m. Thursday, April 22nd to 8 a.m. Tuesday April 27th for the upgrade. The Wayne County Department of Job and Family Services phone line will down from noon on April 22nd until 7:30 a.m. on Monday, April 26th while they do a required upgrade that correlates with the statewide upgrade. Those needing to apply, renew or recertify for benefits can email, mail or use the drop box to get their required information to Job and Family Services during that time.
