Judge throws out state’s case against Perrysville youth treatment facility

A judge in Ashland County has rejected the state’s request to remove the management team at a youth treatment facility in Perrysville.  The state had alleged that there was a pattern of improperly restraining some of the residents at the Mohican Young Star Academy, but the judge on Wednesday, in throwing out the case, said the state failed to prove it.
