Holmes County Commissioners have awarded the Keim Lumber Company with an enterprise zone agreement that will help it move forward with a $4.5 million expansion project.  The agreement gives Keim a 50% property tax break for the next ten years.  The company, which is reportedly out of warehouse space at its headquarters in Charm, will use that money to construct a 130,000-square-foot warehouse facility on some land that it owns in the Holmes County portion of Baltic.  Keim officials say the expansion will create 19 new jobs.
