With demand for facemasks on the rise during the coronavirus outbreak, one local boutique has begun manufacturing and selling fabric facemasks. Farmhouse Frocks in Millersburg has begun selling the reusable masks for $8 a mask. Farmhouse Frocks owner Lena Schlabach says she was flooded with messages to start making and selling the masks, especially as hospitals face a shortage of personal protective equipment. The masks are washable, but are not FDA approved, nor are they the N95 masks, but are suggested to be worn over the N95 masks.
