The Wayne County Public Library is reopening today for inside service.  Hours for the main branch in Wooster will be 10am-2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays and then 2-6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  The first hour of each Monday and Wednesday will be reserved for seniors and those considered more vulnerable to the coronavirus.  The Orrville Public Library is also reopening today.  Hours there will be 2-7pm on Mondays and Thursdays, noon-5pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and 11am-2pm on Fridays.  In Orrville, the first hour of each day will be set aside for high risk individuals.
