A Holmes County man who authorities say shot and killed a burglar during a home invasion has pleaded not guilty to several charges during his arraignment Thursday. Nineteen year old Claude Hill the Third faces charges that include falsification, possession of marijuana and having weapons while under disability. Hill shot and killed one of two men during a home invasion May 18th. Authorities say however that Hill told them he shot Alexander White of Millersburg inside the home but White, who would later die of his injuries, was found dead outside and evidence suggests that’s where the shooting took place. Another invader that night, 25-year old Tyler Singleton also faces charges that include three first degree felonies.
