Two men from Wayne County recently pleaded guilty to taking part in the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol building. 40-year old Devin Steiner, of Wooster and 39-year old Adam Miller, of Smithville, each pleaded guilty in a Washington D.C. courtroom to a misdemeanor count of parading, demonstrating or picketing at the Capitol building. By pleading guilty, the two agreed to pay $500 in restitution and let federal investigators review their social media accounts. Both men face up to six months in prison when they are sentenced in March, although their attorney says he’ll argue for probation.
