For the third year in a row, local veterans will be honored and given quilts during a ceremony at the Wayne County Fair. The Honoring Our Patriots’ Service committee, a partnership between The Tree City Quilters’ Guild and the Wayne County Fair Board, will hold this year’s ceremony on the final day of the fair. Prior to being handed out to the veterans, the quilts will be on display in the fairgrounds’ Grange Rotunda.
