Lodi man facing multiple charges after incident in July

A Lodi man is facing multiple charges after a domestic violence incident in July. 34 year-old Jonathan Ballard was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of rape, kidnapping, abduction and robbery. According to authorities, the incident occurred July 22 when Ballard battered the victim and refused to let her leave his N. Market St residence. Ballard took money from the victim and then took her to an ATM and took more money. Ballard is currently being held at the Medina County Jail on $100,000 bond.
