Loudonville Village Council will hold a special meeting to take care of organizational business on Thursday. During the meeting Mayor Steve Stricklen will take the oath of office after he was re-elected in November. Stricklen will also announce council appointments for 202, while council will elect Council President during the meeting, which is open to the public.
