A Louisville man is facing felony charges in a crash that killed an Apple Creek man back in July.

The 30-year old Franco Guidone was indicted by a Stark County grand jury on two counts of felony aggravated vehicular manslaughter and one count of driving under the influence in a crash that killed 62-year old Douglas Fahrni, of Apple Creek.

According to the Highway Patrol, Fahrni was involved in a head-on crash back on July 16th on U.S. Route 30 near Tuscarawas Township, when Guidone was travelling the wrong way on Route 30.

A bond of $250,000 was set on Guidone, and he is set to be arraigned in Stark County Common Pleas court on Friday, December 9th.
