Main Street Wooster held its annual meeting this week, where members celebrated a record-breaking year. The non-profit organization hosted 93 events in downtown Wooster this year, an all-time high. Main Street officials say their events attracted more than 20,000 people to Wooster in 2022 and those people spent about $550,000. Those numbers, by the end of the year, will increase at least a little bit with several more high profile events still to come, including Window Wonderland next Friday and Shop Small Saturday on November 26th.
