Man allegedly made threatening phone call to Loudonville Police Department

A man from Mansfield is facing felony charges of inducing panic for allegedly making a threatening phone call to the Loudonville Police Department.  31-year old Rusty Wisenbarger is accused of calling the police department last Sunday afternoon and saying that he wanted to destroy it.  The building, which also houses the Ohio Theater, was evacuated and swept by a bomb squad, although nothing was ever found.  Wisenbarger was subsequently located and taken into custody.  He is being arraigned on the charges today.
