Sentencing took place on Wednesday for the man responsible for a crash last year in Akron that claimed the life of a 27-year old man from Wayne County.  64-year old Larry Miller, of North Canton, was sentenced in Summit County, where he was given ten years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of  aggravated vehicular homicide and OVI.  Miller was drunk and going the wrong-way on I-76 when his truck collided with Clinton Churby’s car on the night of October 28th.   Churby, who was on his way home from work at the time, was pronounced dead at the scene.  This is the fifth DUI conviction for Miller, whose blood alcohol content at the time of the crash was twice the legal limit.
