Mansfield Plumbing Products has announced that it will be closing its plant in Big Prairie next year.  The plant will close its doors in May, after making toilet parts for more than 60 years.  The company says the closure is the direct result of a shift in the toilet-making industry to come up with products that use less water.  All 21 of the plants employees have reportedly been given the option to relocate to either the company’s warehouse in Ashland or its manufacturing plant in Perrysville.
