Wearing a mask could soon be mandatory in the City of Medina. Several city council members are backing an ordinance that would make wearing a mask in public in the city limits mandatory during the coronavirus pandemic. One more vote is needed for the ordinance to be heard at Monday’s city council meeting. If passed, masks would be required inside public places and when social distancing isn’t possible. The ordinance would remain in effect until December 31st or by an order issued by the governor.
