A Massillon woman is being sued by two companies, including her former employer, over a Facebook page she created and is refusing to take down. Liberty Healthshare, a Christian-based company that reportedly helps its members share in the cost of medical bills, is claiming slander and defamation against Chelsea Tubbs, as is one of its vendors. The Page, Liberty Health Members Uncensored, has attracted comments from some of the company’s unhappy customers. Liberty is requesting that Tubbs pay more than $350,000 in damages.
