Medina City Council approved measures this week during their regular meeting, one of which will see the city make a donation to a local business. Medina Council voted to make a $2,500 donation to Cups Café, which will go towards food, carryout containers and other supplies for the business as it helps to feed the needy during the coronavirus pandemic. Council, also approved a measure that will allow Diner 42 to purchase a liquor license, which is being purchased for $150,000. Council did strike down one measure, as Trillium Creek was seeking a zoning change on a parcel of land to put in a drive up atm, council voted the measure down 5-2.
