The Medina County Sheriff’s Office has announced the passing of one of its K-9 dogs. According to the sheriff’s office, the 10-year-old German Shepherd, died following a brief illness. The dog, whose name was Blek, had served the Medina community for nearly a decade, with training in things such as tracking, handler protection and narcotic detection.M
