The 27th Annual Medina Ice Festival will kick-off on Friday afternoon. Things will be a little different for this year’s version of the festival, as the fire and ice tower and carving demonstrations have been done away with for the year due to COVID concerns. However, there will still be over 100 ice sculptures place all around Medina’s Historic Square. The sculptures will stay on the square until at least Monday, with the festivities kicking off Friday at 3 p.m.
