A Medina man will spend two years in prison for lying to FBI agents about being a missing boy from Illinois last year. 24-year-old Brian Michael Rini accepted a plea deal this week in Federal Court in Cincinnati on charges of aggravated identity theft, while a charge of lying to FBI agents was dropped as part of the deal. Rini lied about being a missing boy from Illinois last April, and was sentenced to two years in prison, with credit for time served, and will have to spend one year on probation after his release.
