Jeopardy’s season premiere airs tonight, meaning Medina County native Matt Amodio wil try to extend his winning streak. Amodio, who’s enrolled at Yale to get his PHD in computer science, won 18 straight games prior to the game show’s summer break. His win streak is the fifth longest in Jeopardy’s history, while the $547,000 he has won is the third most ever. Ken Jennings, of course is number one on both lists, winning 74 straight games and $2.5 million back in 2004.
