In Medina County, taxpayers have filed a lawsuit against the City of Medina. On Thursday, members of the Save Your Courthouse Committee filed suit in Medina County Common Pleas Court, seeking to stop further spending of taxpayer money and resources on the Medina County Courthouse Project. The suit alleges that further spending is a violation of Issue 7, which was passed by voters back in November. Medina Mayor Dennis Harwell says the lawsuit is “frivolous” and another attempt to “mislead the public.”
