Melrose Drive housing development not happening

The plug has been pulled on a proposed housing development project along Wooster’s Melrose Drive.  Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce President Justin Starlin recently informed the Wooster Growth Corporation that the developer, who had first approached the city about the project back in June, would not be pursuing it.  The 21-acre development would have added more than 60 homes to the city’s housing market.
