The Chippewa Local School District is looking for another buyer after a real estate company recently pulled out of its purchasing agreement for the district’s old middle school property. According to the district, the company cited three reasons for terminating the contract: rising building costs, the type of subsurface rock found on the land and the property’s lower than anticipated market development.
