Millersburg Village Council has approved an ordinance that paves the way for a proposed development on nearly 4 acres of land off of Sill and Cary streets. The first phase of the proposed development would involved the construction of nearly 20 duplexes. According to council, the units would be higher-end rentals going for between 12-hundred and 15-hundred dollars a month. The project could add many more units in phases two and three. Council says that they will consider other zoning requests involving the development at another time.
