Millersburg Council heard from members of the Holmes Soil and Water Conservation District about a plan to clear logjams from the Killbuck Creek. According to the Soil and Water Conservation District, clearing out some of the Killbuck Creek to make logjams less of a flood issue, and would reduce minor flooding as well. Part of the plan that was presented to council was for recreation on the creek, such as access for kayaking and fishing. A launch ramp is being planned in Killbuck, as well as a park area, with another being considered in Millersburg. Millersburg Council supported the plan.
