Following several weeks of discussion, council members in Millersburg have rejected a measure that would have allowed utility vehicles to be used within the village. Council voted 4-2 against the proposal, saying it would create an unnecessary burden on the police department. The idea was presented to council by a Millersburg business owner who was hoping bring his utility vehicle into town to plow snow during the winter months.
