Village council members in Millersburg have approved a project that will extend power lines to the west end of Deer Run Park. According to council, the new underground electric lines will provide lighting for the park’s pavilion and amphitheater, while also giving the village the option of one day extending power to the park’s basketball courts and veterans’ memorial. Village Adminstrator Nate Troyer has been working with Millersburg Electric to coordinate the project, which has a price tag of just under $37,000.
