Historic Downtown Millersburg will be getting some building upgrades, thanks to a$250,000 grant from the state.  According to Holmes County’s planning commissioner, the funding will be used to make improvements to a trio of buildings on Jackson Street.  The first project will see American Hall receive new windows at a cost of $100,000.  The second project will involve more than $50,000 worth of repairs to Jackpot Pottery, including some internal upgrades.  The third building benefiting from the grant will get nearly $70,000 to make some outer repairs and upgrade its HVAC system.
