Mt. Eaton and Wayne County getting grant money for water and sewer improvements

The village of Mount Eaton is a little closer to improving the water quality for its residents. The village recently received a grant of $500,000 from H2Ohio that will go towards the construction of two new wells and the new water treatment plant. The project will improve the water quality for all the villages 540 residents. Wayne County is also set to receive $150,000 that is going to address failing sewage treatment systems in low- and moderate-income homes.
