Murder charges were officially filed on Monday against Dylan Pelfrey, the 19-year old Orrville man accused of a fatal shooting in Wooster last week.  That shooting took place on Friday afternoon, outside of a home on East Larwill Street.  According to Authorities, a disagreement between Pelfrey and the victim, 28-year old Blair Snyder, of Wooster, turned physical, and that’s when Pelfrey pulled out his gun and fired a single shot into Blair’s chest.  Pelfrey then took Snyder’s handgun and fled the scene, but was arrested Friday night at his grandmother’s home in Orrville, where both guns were recovered.  If convicted, Pelfrey faces up to life in prison.  A preliminary court hearing is set for this Friday.
