The fate of nearly a dozen levies will be decided by voters next month in Holmes County. Ten of the eleven levies on the November 3rd ballot will be renewals, with the only new request being a 3-mill levy for the Western Holmes Fire District. The levy renewals will include several other fire departments, the villages of Loudonville and Killbuck, four different townships and the Holmes County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
