Plans are in place to install a covered bridge across the Mohican River on the Wally Road Scenic Byway south of Loudonville next summer.  The $8.419 million was announced this week. The bridge, to be located between the Arrowpoint and Pleasant Valley campgrounds, will replace a bridge built in 1993 which has deteriorated. As of now, the existing bridge is limited to one lane traffic and carries a load limit of 10 tons.  The project has been in the planning state for several years.
