There is a new editor at the Daily Record.  Rick Armon began his new position on Monday, replacing Ted Daniels, who retired last month.  The 52-year old Armon brings with him more than 25 years of experience in the newspaper business, including 14 years as a reporter for the Akron Beacon Journal.  Prior to that, he had stints at the News Journal in Mansfield and at a newspaper in Rochester, New York.  In addition to his duties at the Daily Record, Armon will also oversee things at the Times-gazette in Ashland.
