University Hospitals is teaming up with ValueHealth Inc out of Kansas to build a new multispecialty surgery center in Medina. The partnership between the two entities will get University Hospitals into ValueHealth’s Ambulatory Centers of Excellence program. The center will give patients access to treatments in cardiology, pain management and ear-throat-nose procedures and total joint programs. There were no specifics released, however, about when and were the center would be built.
