Homeward Bound of Wooster and Wayne County, which is a new nonprofit organization, will be the overseer of a transitional housing facility in Wooster opening this fall. Two services will be housed in the facility, a day center and a Severe Weather Shelter. The building, which is located on Grosjean Road, was purchased by the nonprofit earlier this year with the help of private donations. The plan is to have the building up and running by November 1st.
