The Holmes County Education Foundation has teamed up with the Seaman Corporation’s former CEO for the formation of a new scholarship. The Richard and Judy Seaman Scholarship will be available to students graduating from either West Holmes or Hiland High School. To be eligible, students will need to carry a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
