New voting machines at the fair all week long

Fairgoers have a chance this week to test out the Wayne County Board of Elections’ new voting equipment.  Both the Democratic and Republican Party booths underneath the grandstand have the machines, where people can get a feel for how they work by casting a mock ballot featuring fair related questions.  The machines will be used “for real” in November.
