In an effort to help people dealing with the economic fallout from the coronavirus, Holmes County commissioners have approved a measure that will give nearly 1,000 of the county’s sewer customers a financial break.  Commercial and residential customers in Winesburg, Mt. Hope, Walnut Creek, Berlin and October Hills will not receive a sewer bill for the month of March.  Commissioners say the sewer district’s decision to withhold bills will cost it more than $100,000 in revenue.
