A North Canton man who caused a head-on collision in Akron last year that claimed the life of a man from Wayne County has pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and driving under the influence. 64-year old Larry Miller entered his plea yesterday in Summit County Common Pleas Court. Miller was going the wrong way on I-76 last October when his truck crashed into a car driven by 27-year old Clinton Churby. Miller will be sentenced next month. He faces up to eight years in prison.
