An agricultural teacher at Northwestern High School has been named a finalist for Ohio’s Ag Educator of the Year. Heather Tegtmeier is one of ten finalists for the annual Golden Owl Award. As a finalist, Tegtmeier was recently presented with a plaque and a $500 donation for Northwestern’s FFA chapter. The winner of this year’s Golden Owl Award will be announced during the state FFA Convention in May.
