At the district’s most recent school board meeting, Norwayne Local Superintendent Kevin Leatherman updated members on several improvement projects, including the installation of a new scoreboard at the high school’s football stadium. Private donations from three community members paid for the new scoreboard, which has already been tested and will be ready to go for the upcoming school year. Another project completed this summer was the resurfacing of the elementary school’s playground and south parking lot.
