The Ohio Department of Development and Community Action Wayne/Medina are teaming up this summer to help keep people cool.  It is all through the Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program, which runs through the end of September.  The program provides money to eligible Ohioans so that they can either pay their electric bill or make repairs to their air conditioning systems.  To apply for the program, people are required to schedule an appointment with Community Action Wayne/Medina. Those appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
