The Ohio Department of Development and the Darb Snyder Senior Center is reminding Ohioans that assistance is available to help with their home energy bills through the Home Energy Assistance Program. The program, better known as HEAP, assists Ohioans at or below 175% of the federal poverty guidelines pay their bills, according to the Department of Development.
