The Ohio EPA is loaning the city of Rittman more than $1 million to replace some of its aging water lines.  The loan, which will be used specifically to upgrade the water lines on Sterling Avenue, will include nearly $170,000 in principal forgiveness.  Rittman’s loan is just one of many recently announced by the Ohio EPA, which issued roughly $220 million worth of loans for similar projects statewide toward the end of last year.
