The Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday issued its ruling in a case involving two local flower shops.  The state’s high court ruled that Wooster’s Green Thumb Floral can keep its web address, which is woosterfloral.com.  Wooster Floral and Gifts had argued that Green Thumb Floral should not be allowed to use the domain name because it amounted to a deceptive trade practice.  Justices though, said there was no confusion or deception because Green Thumb’s website makes it perfectly clear who people are buying from.  The lawsuit was originally filed in Wayne County Common Pleas Court back in 2016.
