One killed in two-vehicle crash outside Wooster

A two-vehicle accident yesterday afternoon, south of Wooster, claimed the life of Pennsylvania woman.  The accident took place on U.S. Route 250, just east of Oil City Road.  According to the Highway Patrol, the crash occurred when an 18-year old failed to yield while turning left out of a driveway and pulled into the path of a pickup truck.  The 18-year old suffered serious injuries, while her 55-year old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
